Remember, this is the one where Caesar is the first ape to speak when he says "No".
Great movie.
In this remake, however, word is that there is a major twist to the "Genesis" of talking apes. In the original, recall that Caesar got transported into 1991 through a twist in the space-time continuum. Supposedly, in the remake, Caesar is the result of genetic testing.
Now, I don't know about you but I think this twist may be a fatal flaw in the story. It was just so cool seeing Caesar move through time. Simply having him made in a lab seems.....disappointing.
